TL;DR
- /lands create (1000) → claim with /lands claim (starts 100, +5% each claim, 5% refund on unclaim)
 - Upkeep: 5 per claimed chunk, charged every 7 days at 23:00 server time (alerts up to 2d early)
 - Taxes: Area owners can set up to 50 per cycle; miss a payment → untrusted from that area
 - Nations: Cost 20,000 to found; your capital land must be Level 5. Member lands pay nation taxes instead of server upkeep. Nation pays 3 per chunk upkeep weekly.
 - Wars: Nation vs Nation only. Capture with beacons, hold 10m, chunks unclaim. Win by points (min 100).
 - Travel sinks: /lands wild = 100, chunk-TP = 25, visiting another land’s spawn = 250 (paid to that land), global TP cost baseline = 10.
 
1) Getting Started
- /lands create <name> — creates your land (1000) and auto-claims 1 chunk
 - /lands claim — claims current chunk (100 → 105 → 110 → … (+5% per claim))
 - /lands trust <player> — invite members (invites are ON)
 - /lands setspawn — first set free; changing later costs 100
 - /lands spawn <land> — visit others (250 if untrusted; paid to that land)
 - /lands view or /lands map — show borders; claims must connect (force-near ON)
 
Worlds: claiming is enabled in 
world, world_nether, world_the_end.Buffers: 1-chunk buffer to normal lands; 3 to nations.
2) Money: Upkeep, Taxes & Costs
- Upkeep (lands): 5 per chunk, weekly at 23:00. 2d early warning; hourly reminders if short. No auto-unclaim on failure (keep your bank funded).
 - Taxes (areas): Mayors/owners can set up to 50 per cycle; failure → you’re untrusted from that area.
 - Land Bank: /lands balance, deposit, withdraw. Cap: 95,000,000. Personal balance is used if bank is short (fallback ON).
 - Claim Costs: start 100, +5% per claim. Unclaim refund only 5%.
 - Teleports: global cost baseline 10; chunk-TP 25; /lands wild 100 (10m cd); rent-list TP 25.
 - Big fees: Rename land = 25,000; transfer owner = 25,000; change spawn = 100.
 - Playtime rewards: Chunk/member/support capacity still grow over time; extra “own land” slots are disabled.
 
3) Nations (Economy & Management)
- Create a Nation: /nations create <name> (20,000) — your capital’s land level must be 5.
 - Invite Lands: No distance limit (max-distance = 0). Use the nations menu/commands to invite.
 - Nation Taxes (per member land): 0–5 per chunk per cycle. Member lands pay this to the nation instead of server upkeep.
 - Nation Upkeep (to the server): 3 per chunk weekly; if unpaid, the nation is deleted (lands remain). New nations get a 2d no-pay grace for their first upkeep.
 - Non-payment Handling: Member lands that can’t pay nation tax can be auto-removed from the nation.
 - Rename Nation: 10,000 with a 1d cooldown.
 
Tip: Set nation tax high enough to cover your nation upkeep with margin (e.g., 3–5 per chunk), or you’ll bleed funds fast.
4) Rents, Markets & Visiting
- Sub-areas can be rented/sold. Rent money can go to the land bank; hologram signs supported.
 - /lands rentlist — browse rentals (teleport to a listing costs 25).
 
5) Combat Rules (outside of war)
- Combat Tag: 60s; logout while tagged = death; no TP while tagged.
 - /unstuck: 1h cooldown; ejects you to nearby wilderness if trapped.
 - Some escape commands blocked when you’re untrusted in a claim (e.g., 
sethome,tpahere). 
6) WARS — Nation vs Nation
- Eligibility: Wars are nation-only (single lands cannot declare).
 - Declaration: Any day/hour. Defender must have ≥1 player online. Prep time: 24h. No mutual accept required.
 - Balances: Attacker must hold 50,000; Defender must have 80,000 to be declared on directly.
 - Duration: Max 36h. Server broadcasts at start; status message every 15m.
 
Scoring & Victory
- Kill = 2
 - Capture enemy flag (beacon) = 8
 - Break enemy flag = 4
 - Explode enemy flag = 8
 - Points to win = smallest team size × 6, but at least 120.
 
Capture Flags (Beacons)
- Craft the capture item (recipe in war GUI).
 - Place on enemy outskirts; effect radius = 1 chunk (the chunk it’s in).
 - Max active flags per team: 3; place cooldown: 10m.
 - Hold for 10m to capture; the chunk becomes unclaimed (not auto-claimed by you).
 - Place between Y=30 and Y=127. Firework pings every 30s if players nearby.
 - Invaders can break their own flag; no item drop on removal.
 
Invading Rules
- To interact/capture, at least 1 defender must be online; 1m grace after the last defender logs out.
 - Allowed for invaders: LAND_ENTER, ATTACK_PLAYER, ITEM_PICKUP.
 - Block interactions allowed: place/break LADDER, VINE, SCAFFOLDING only (unless local flags allow more).
 - War does not extend combat to allies’ lands (battlefields = belligerent claims only).
 
Surrender, Tribute & Shields
- Surrender requires tribute (forced).
• Defenders’ voluntary surrender: up to 50% of defender land balance to attackers.
• Attackers’ voluntary surrender: attackers pay 15000 to defenders. - On war end (no surrender): loser pays winner 50% of loser’s balance (or as much as possible).
 - War Shields: New nations +2d; post-surrender +4d; pre-start surrender with ≥10000 tribute +1d; both sides after any war +3d.
 
Visibility & Tags
- Enemy/ally name tags above heads are enabled for war participants.
 - Dynmap hiding for combatants is off.

8) Examples & Planning
- Weekly land upkeep: 40 chunks → 40 × 5 = 200/week (plus any area taxes).
 - Nation math: Your nation controls 1,000 chunks total → upkeep = 3,000/week. Set nation tax (0–5 per chunk) to cover this.
 - Claim scaling: Costs rise 5% each claim; refunds only 5% on unclaim → plan compact builds.
 
Good Citizenship
- Respect claim buffers; don’t ladder/vine grief beyond allowed war rules.
 - Fund land/nation banks before collection time.
 - Keep borders tidy; monetize with rentals instead of sprawl.
