How to Install the Required FTB Mods for Multiplayer​

Step-by-Step Instructions (Modrinth App or Manual Install)

1. Install the DragonForge Modpack
Visit the official Modrinth page and install the pack using the Modrinth App:
DragonForge on Modrinth

This will automatically install all required mods — except for the FTB suite needed for server play.

2. Download the Following FTB Mods (NeoForge 1.21.1 Versions):

• FTB Teams – Version 2101.1.7
• FTB Library – Version 2101.1.26
• FTB Quests – Version 2101.1.17
• FTB XMod Compat – Version 21.1.6

Note: Due to FTB’s license restrictions, we cannot host or bundle these mods directly.
Please use the official CurseForge links above to download them safely.

3. Open Your Modpack Folder in the Modrinth App
→ In the Modrinth app, go to your installed modpacks list.
→ Click the ⋯ (three dots) next to DragonForge.
→ Select “Open Folder” → then open the /mods folder.

4. Drag & Drop the downloaded `.jar` files into the `/mods` folder.

5. Launch DragonForge
Start the modpack as usual. Once loaded, you’ll have access to the full FTB Questline and be ready to join the official DragonForge Server.

Notes & Tips

• These FTB mods are only required if you want to join the official DragonForge Server.
• Singleplayer does not require them, but they’re recommended since Beta 10 introduces the complete FTB Questline.
• FTB Teams is installed solely to meet dependencies and is disabled server-side.
